Description, Facilities and Conditions The house, located in a quiet street, only with neighbors circulation, gives you the privacy to relax with your family or friends. It's possible to walk until supermarkets, cafes, bakeries/pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, bus stop, and other services. ​ The house is ideal for 2/3 families: it has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the ground floor. Big and cozy living room with balcony and fireplace; garden with barbecue and dinner/recreation area. The bedrooms are divided by 3 doubles and 3 twins. The house is prepared for a normal maximum capacity of 12 people (possible to receive up to 14 by adding 1/2 extra bed to the bedrooms - extra beds only for children). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils (described below). ​ Any questions you may have, feel free to contact us! ​ Location Located in Santana, it's 5 min away from Sesimbra village and 40-45 minutes from Lisbon (by car). When the house is booked for less than 7 persons, 3 rooms will be locked, if the booking is made for 7-8 persons, 2 of the rooms will be locked, if booking is made for 9-10 persons, 1 room will be locked. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, possible to do it on the balcony or in the garden. Pets are allowed, guests are responsible for any damaged caused by their pets. Subject to an extra fee. Please be environmental friendly with energy, making sure that there is no excess waste with electricity, water and gas. We asks our guests to leave the house in the same condition as they found it. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. ​ ​ To confirm the booking we ask for a payment of 50% of the total reservation amount if you do it by bank transfer; if the payment is done by credit card the full payment is necessary (the security deposit can be paid by credit card together with the booking or by bank transfer until 6 business days before the check-in date; during the booking process add the optional "Security deposit" to pay it by credit card). If you choose to do the payment by bank transfer: Choose to pay offline; Make the payment of 50% by following the instructions in the confirmation email; We'll confirm the tranfer/booking in the following 3 business days. The booking is only confirmed when the bank transfer is received; The remaining amount plus the security deposit (550€) is due until 15 days before the check-in day. If we do not receive the last bank transfer until 12 days before the check-in day we may cancel the reservation. The security deposit is returned after the the house is checked for any damage or missing items up to 5 days after the check-out day. In case of any damage or missing items we'll contact our guest first and, in case it's necesssary, will deducted the necessary amount to compensate the costs created.
